TO THE TRAVELERS,

Thank you for following this project. This database is the culmination of my endless speculation and thoughts about the .hack franchise. I know there are likely only a handful of people who care about this project, that's fine; if your passion for .hack is strong enough that this database excites you as much as it excites me, then this has been worth it. Aside from minor tweaks and polish (like finding ways to make hard-to-find pages easier to locate), this project is complete. There is an idea in my head for a potential continuation, but it would require perhaps the same amount of time I've put in to the whole thing to complete. Regardless, I have been planning a new, completely original and .hack-unrelated project that will (hopefully) launch within the next year. Again, thank you for your support. If you have ever wondered about this project, please send me an e-mail at emma.wielant@gmail.com with any questions, inquiries, or comments you might have, and I will do my best to respond. There is an element of mystery that I have worked hard to maintain these last 3 years, and I think this note is the limit of my transparence.

Thank you to the Neocitizens, to those on Tumblr, to the Travelers, and to the countless internet resources I have stolen Javascript code from.

Remember: .hack will never die! So long as you, Traveler, believe in it, it will continue to exist! That belief will bring about new developments! I know it can!

E. WIELAND
